Private access
The service is invitation-only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not share access, attempt to bypass authentication, or use another person's credentials.

You may use the service for personal sports-card research, portfolio tracking, and review of market or sports-odds information. You may not interfere with the service, probe its security, scrape it at excessive volume, introduce malicious code, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights.

Prices, valuations, scores, trends, odds comparisons, and other outputs are estimates provided for informational purposes. They are not financial, investment, gambling, tax, or legal advice; they do not guarantee a sale price, profit, outcome, or availability. You are solely responsible for purchase, sale, wagering, and other decisions.
Third-party data and services
The service may use or link to third-party marketplaces, data sources, and platforms. Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. CarterCarder does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or transactions.

CarterCarder and its original software, presentation, and analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in third-party names, marks, images, listings, and data remain with their respective owners.
